At Petal by Petals, we take great pride in ensuring every order is designed and delivered with exceptional care and quality. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
General Orders
All Sales Are Final
Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final and non-refundable. Returns are only accepted under the specific circumstances outlined below.Quality Concerns
Any concerns regarding product quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If contacting us after business hours, please leave a message with your name, phone number, and a convenient time to return your call.Refunds & Credits
Refunds are not issued. If an issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be provided at our discretion.Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for quality-related issues. Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the design style does not qualify for a refund or credit.Care Responsibility
As flowers are perishable, recipients are responsible for watering, re-cutting stems, and proper care to ensure longevity.Substitutions
Due to seasonal and market availability, we reserve the right to substitute blooms with similar flowers of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.Card Message
If no name is specified for the card message, the sender’s name will be included by default.Delivery Policy
Deliveries are scheduled as morning or afternoon deliveries. For specific timed deliveries, please contact us directly to make arrangements.
It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient is available at the delivery location on the scheduled date. If the recipient is unavailable, this does not qualify for a refund or replacement, as delivery was completed as ordered. To preserve surprises, we do not call recipients prior to delivery.
Weddings and Special Events
Non-Refundable Policy
All payments for weddings and special events are non-refundable. This includes deposits, partial payments, and final balances, as flowers and materials are ordered well in advance to secure product and design time.Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and begin floral planning and procurement.Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event unless otherwise stated in your agreement.Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial in-store credit, depending on what materials have already been purchased.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for any refund or credit.
Event Changes
Design or quantity changes must be submitted in writing at least 21 days before the event. Requests after this time are subject to approval and may incur additional fees.Substitutions & Design Adjustment
Due to market and seasonal availability, Petal by Petals reserves the right to make necessary substitutions while maintaining the agreed-upon style, color palette, and overall design integrity. For hybrid arrangements, Petal by Petals also reserves the right to adjust the composition to fully fresh florals or fully artificial florals if needed, ensuring the final design remains consistent with the client’s aesthetic and quality expectations
Weather & Venue Conditions
We are not responsible for floral damage caused by extreme temperatures, weather exposure, improper handling, or venue conditions (e.g., outdoor heat, cold, or lack of water source).
